Michel Paul
Michel Paul was elected to the board of Trustees in 2021. Paul is a retired executive from Johnson & Johnson where he has served in a variety of leadership roles including Company Group Chairman for the global Diabetes Care Franchise, President of the Global Strategic Customer Solutions organization and WW President of Depuy Mitek, a leader in Orthopedic Sports Medicine medical devices.
Over the course of his nearly 33-year career with Johnson & Johnson, Paul further distinguished himself as a leader in a variety of other roles including: Worldwide General Manager of the Bariatric Surgery Franchise at Ethicon Endo-Surgery Division; Worldwide Vice President of Emerging Market Development for Ethicon Endo-Surgery; General Manager of the Vascular Access Division, and Regional and National Sales Director for the Ethicon Endo-Surgery minimally invasive surgery start-up organization.
Paul serves on the National Board of Bottom Line, a philanthropic organization serving over 8,000 students across Massachusetts, New York, and Illinois with the shared goal of enabling low-income, first-generation students to get into college, graduate, and go far in life. He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration in General Management from Kellogg at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northeastern University.
